Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a placeholder for Dexsa AI’s pilot phase. They describe, in plain terms, the basis on which pilot organisations use the platform while it is under active development. They are not a substitute for a reviewed commercial agreement, and Dexsa AI is not a law firm — organisations onboarding for a paid pilot should have these reviewed by their own counsel before relying on them.
1. The service
Dexsa AI provides demand forecasting, stock and rota recommendations, waste and margin tracking, and reporting tools for hospitality operators, built from data the organisation connects (point-of-sale exports, manual entry, or a supported integration). Every figure the platform shows is labelled by how it was produced — actual, calculated, estimated, recorded, or forecast — and forecasts are estimates, not guarantees of future performance.
2. Accounts and organisations
An account belongs to one organisation. The person who registers an organisation is its initial owner and can invite team members with defined roles (operations manager, location manager, analyst). Each organisation’s data is isolated from every other organisation on the platform.
3. Data ownership
The organisation owns the trading data it uploads or connects. Dexsa AI processes that data to generate the forecasts, recommendations and reports the organisation has requested, and does not sell it or share it with other organisations. An organisation can export its data as CSV at any time from the Reports section, and can request deletion of its data on request.
4. Acceptable use
The service is provided for legitimate hospitality business operations. Accounts may not be used to access another organisation’s data, to attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls, or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Pilot status
During the pilot phase, the service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and features, pricing and availability may change. Known limitations of the current build are documented for pilot partners on request.
